Refund and Returns Policy

Hey there, Warrior!

We totally get it – sometimes, things just don’t work out. Maybe the item wasn’t what you expected or maybe it’s just not your style. No worries! We’ve got your six.

You’ve got a whole 30 days from the day of purchase to decide if you’re going to part ways with your item. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t arrange for a refund or exchange. Time flies when you’re having fun, right?

Before you send anything back, make sure it’s unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Think of it as a time machine…we want it to look like it just left our warehouse.

Restricted Return Items

There are a few things that we can’t accept returns on…it’s nothing personal, just safety and insurance stuff. 

This includes Firearms, ammunition, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Also, we can’t take back any, reloading supplies (powder, primers, etc), gift cards, and downloadable software products.

Please don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer – they’re pretty busy making more awesome stuff for us to enjoy!

In some cases, we might only be able to offer a partial refund:

  • If an item isn’t in its original condition, is damaged, or has parts missing (and it’s not our fault).
  • If an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll shoot you an email to let you know it’s arrived. We’ll also let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, we’ll process it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Patience is a virtue – it might take a few days.

Please note that we can only refund regular priced items. Sale items are final sale, no returns or refunds.

If your item is defective or damaged, we’re really sorry about that! We’ll happily exchange it for the same item. Just send us an email at [email protected], and we’ll give you the details on how to return it.

When it comes to shipping returns, you’ll need to cover the cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Sending back something pricey? Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
