Return & Refund Policy

This business was built by shooters, for shooters.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We have a no questions asked, no stupid rules or fine print return policy. If you buy something and it doesn’t work out for whatever reason, just let us know, drop it in the mail back to us, and we will send you a full refund (*minus shipping).

We do not charge restocking fees or any other kind of fee – we want to be as helpful as possible on all fronts, and fees are stupid.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

Please contact us to get a return authorization number before shipping your item back, so we know who it’s from and where to send the refund. We may also give you a different return address than the one on your original package, depending on how long it has been since your purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns if the item shows signs of use or wear. If you open the package and it doesn’t fit or won’t work for your intended application, that’s fine – just let us know, and we will get you squared away.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable at this time.  You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.
