The Safariland Model 7371 7TS Holster combines the security of ALS with the speed and simplicity of an open-top design. ALS secures your weapon automatically as it is holstered, yet still allows a fast, natural draw with the swipe of the thumb release as you acquire your shooting grip. Built from durable, weather and temperature-resistant SafariSeven non-marking nylon blend, the 7371 will not scratch or mar the finish of your firearm, and its raised interior stand-offs allow dirt and moisture to clear quickly. The 7371 comes with the 571BL Paddle. Its small footprint is specifically designed for sub-compact firearms.
The ALS (automatic locking system) from Safariland locks your handgun into the holster very securely. To unlock the ALS and draw your gun, you have to push a lever down with your thumb as you grip the gun. This lever is placed exactly where your thumb naturally falls when you grip the gun, and it is very natural to use it extremely quickly. This level 2 active retention system helps you maintain control of your handgun and prevent other people from easily accessing your gun.
